ROSEMOMENTS reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the conditions for return have been met. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return Policy or to apply a restocking fee where appropriate. We also reserve the right to amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Refund Policy - The Basics

Orders may be returned up to 21 days after your order has shipped.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In new condition with original tags attached
Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
Accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories

Any item that shows signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, odors, missing tags, missing accessories, etc.) will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.

Please note:

Panties are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Gift boxes are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
