Orders may be returned up to 21 days after your order has shipped.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In new condition with original tags attached

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations

• Accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories

Any item that shows signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, odors, missing tags, missing accessories, etc.) will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.

• Panties and sets are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

• Gift boxes are non-refundable.
